Shipping

For orders we offer $19.95 Flat Rate Shipping. 

We use Startrack Express Road & Air Satchels to dispatch orders which is a premium and fast service.

Delivery Times

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time will depend on your location. 

Most Orders are delivered next day but if you are rural or out of the metro zone it may take longer.

EASTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas) - You can expect delivery within 1-4 working days.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas) - You can expect delivery within 2-6 working days.
RURAL AND REGIONAL AREAS - Delivery to rural and regional areas generally takes up to 7 working days.

Please allow up to 10 Working Days for dispatch on some items.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with StarTrack. 

Signing for Delivery of your Order

Your order will require a signature. If no-one is present to accept a delivery a slip will be left in the mail box or an email/text so that you can collect your delivery from your local post office.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the LOD Store warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on (03) 5979 4899 or orders@lodstore.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.

Public Holidays

We do not ship orders on Victorian Public Holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

 

Click & Collect

For orders where you have chosen Click and Collect, we will contact you via email as soon as your order is ready to go (please wait for this before coming down). Once you have been advised your order is ready to collect, please come into the below address in our store opening times.
